Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Nexphase Digital provides digital services. The following terms describe our refund and cancellation practices.

Delivery

• All services are delivered digitally and remotely. No physical shipping is involved.

Setup Fees

• Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Monthly Service

• Monthly service may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable.

Custom Work & Integrations

• Custom work, integrations, and usage-based costs (e.g., telephony minutes, AI usage) may have separate terms outlined in your engagement agreement.
